Dear Rinfer,

After all the interviewing and paperwork, you are finally here, at rinf.tech. Congrats and Welcome! You might feel a bit anxious, but you needn’t worry, our friendly HR Team will give you all the necessary info for you to be confident in your new role.

We are delighted to have you on rinf.tech team. We want you to take part in this ambitious journey and we hope that this experience will be as special for you as it is for us.

This journey will be split into three phases: Onboard – Progress – Perform.

You will go through each of these milestones as your journey in rinf.tech unfolds, and we will be there to guide you along the way.

MILESTONES

1ST DAY

Your HRBP will contact you in the first day to ensure that by this time you have received the equipment and you are ready for technical onboarding.

INDUCTION (TECH AND RINF)

In the first week you will receive an invitation for a rinf.tech induction. Normally, it takes place every Friday at 12:00 pm.

During rinf.tech induction, you will get familiar with the tools we use, and gather as much information as possible about rinf.tech culture, policies and benefits.

Besides, you will also be involved in the project onboarding when you get to know your colleagues and start the ramp-up on the project you will be working on.

ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE FEEDBACK

First feedback within the company: Basically, you are now very much aware of the fact that you have become a RINFer. Your feedback is important for us and at this point we will want to explore how things are going and if everything is matching your expectations. Also, we will stay close to our partners and clients to make sure that there is a great match between you and your role & project.

Together with your HRBP and Technical Director you will tailor the learning plan that most suits your needs. If you have a learning need just e-mail the details to your HRBP: what class do you want to attend, the necessary budget and in which way will the skills acquired bring value to your activity.

MOBILITY

Once in a while, depending on your wish or on the business context, you may move from one position/project to another within the organization. It is important for us to be your first option when you want a change. HRBP will guide you through this process as it’s a key component of rinf.tech talent management strategy.

ART

We designed the Agile Root Team program because we believe that if you have the willingness and the opportunity to face new challenges, you will release your full potential.

You will have the opportunity to put your fingerprint on the most crucial and delicate phases of our work: understanding our clients’ needs, strategizing the business and technical approach, architecting a solution, and preparing the delivery. Please note that by joining ART you will be involved in short-term side projects, and we recommend you consider this project after the first 6 months of our collaboration.

GOAL SETTING

Each year starting with your first, you will set the objectives along with your direct Manager/Team Lead. As your journey continues, meeting and exceeding your objectives will help you track your progress from one year to another.

3 MONTHS FEEDBACK

After 3 months in rinf.tech it is time for the first Feedback Session. The feedback you will receive is bound to encourage you to continue with what you started in the onboarding months.

CONTINOUS FEEDBACK

We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve. This framework can help us give and request feedback throughout the year.

ANNUAL PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

Your one-year anniversary: Congrats and thanks for all your contribution so far! On your first-year evaluation we will gather 360° feedback on your technical and soft skills. We’ll celebrate your major achievements and create together a yearly action plan.
